To help our crew create the best experience for all of our customers :

• Please arrive on time.

• Please understand how your boat operates and have all required equipment.

• Load your boat and depart within 15 minutes of your scheduled launch.

• If you need to cancel your launch request for any reason, other than weather, please do so ASAP and not less the 3 hours before your reservation.

• No-shows may have their boat returned to dry stack and will forfeit their launch for that day. 

• Boats returned within an hour of closing may be left in the water until the next morning.

• All pick-ups and drop-offs must be made in designated dry-stack slips.

• Keep all kids and pets clear of the forklift area at all times.

• Please keep your pets leashed at all times.

• When you arrive back at the marina, please have your belongings ready so you can depart the boat in a timely manner.
